Privacy policy

The short version. We collect what we need to send you a package and nothing else. We never sell your information. Your card number never reaches our servers. You can ask us to delete everything we hold and we will.
Who we are
Orvandia operates the store at orvandia.com. You can reach us at support@orvandia.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The shipping address you typed in.
- What you bought and what you paid.
We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Those go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection and we never see them.
When you just browse
- Your shopping cart, which lives in your own browser and never reaches us until you check out.
- Standard server logs held by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you around other websites.
Why we collect it

Who we share it with
Three kinds of company, each of which gets only the part they need:
- Our payment processor. They handle the transaction and receive your billing details directly from you.
- The fulfillment warehouse. They receive your name, address and what to put in the box. Nothing about your payment.
- The carrier, meaning USPS or UPS. They receive your address and phone number so they can deliver.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for three years, which is what we need to handle disputes, chargebacks and accounting. After that they are deleted. Support emails are deleted after two years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email us and ask to:
- See a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Have it deleted, unless we are legally required to keep a record of a sale.
- Opt out of marketing email, which you can also do from any email we send.
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right not to be treated differently for using them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front. We answer every request within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses browser storage for one thing: remembering what is in your cart between pages. It is not a tracking cookie, it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. If your browser blocks storage, the site still works, but your cart empties when you close the tab.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection. Payment details bypass our systems entirely. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material here, we update the date at the top of this page. Keeping your account or placing another order after that means you accept the updated version.
