What the stages mean
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Order received | We have your order and payment cleared. |
| Released to warehouse | The US warehouse holding your items is picking and packing them. |
| Label created | The shipping label exists. This can sit for a day or two before the carrier scans it. Normal. |
| In transit | Moving through the carrier network. Usually two to five days from here. |
| Out for delivery | On a truck near you, arriving today. |
Tracking stuck on "label created" for days? Give it five business days. Carriers sometimes scan a package into the network late. If it has not moved by then, email support@orvandia.com with your order number and we chase them ourselves.
