How long does delivery take?
Three to seven business days anywhere in the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico run about three days longer. Tracking reaches you as soon as the carrier scans
the label.
Where does my order ship from?
A warehouse inside the United States. We do not ship direct from overseas, which
is why you will never get a customs bill from us.
What if my pet hates it?
That happens, especially with cats. Email us within 30 days and we send a prepaid
return label. The refund goes back to your card once the carrier scans the package.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. All 50 states plus Puerto Rico. International is coming once we can do
it without leaving you a customs bill at the door.
Is my card information safe?
Your card details go straight to our payment processor over an encrypted
connection. They never touch our servers and we never store them.
