Before you write about a late package

Two things save you a day of waiting. First, tracking often sits on "label created" for a day or two before it starts moving, and that is normal. Second, if tracking says delivered but the box is not there, check with neighbors and your building office before you contact us, because that is where it turns up most of the time.

If neither applies, write to us. We file the carrier claim ourselves and either resend or refund.
